TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GVMPL OR ITS BUSINESS ASSOCIATES, AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR CONFIDENTIAL OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, FOR LOSS OF PRIVACY, FOR FAILURE TO MEET ANY DUTY INCLUDING OF GOOD FAITH OR OF REASONABLE CARE, FOR NEGLIGENCE, AND FOR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR OTHER LOSS WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM AND ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN RELATION TO ACTS OF GOD OR ACT OF THIRD PARTY THAT IS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF GVMPL OR ITS AFFILIATES.
GVMPL OR ITS BUSINESS ASSOCIATES, AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGE FOR ANY DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER OR ANY VIOLATION OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS OF WHATSOEVER NATURE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY MANNER RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
